Lindsey Locklear, FDN-P

Lindsey holds a Bachelor’s of Education in Varying Exceptionalities, where she taught children with special needs. She left the classroom after the birth of her first child and proceeded to spend the next 17 years at home, homeschooling her three children.

After experiencing years of nagging symptoms, including brain fog, extreme fatigue, weight gain, and hormonal changes, with no help from her doctors, she was over it! She decided to put her health into her own hands and fell in love with the philosophy behind Functional Diagnostic Nutrition®!
Lindsey has found success with her own DRESS for Health Success® protocol and feels passionate about helping others do the same.

She lives in Saint Augustine, FL with her husband (who also found great success on his DRESS® protocol), three children, and their dog, Jackson, and rabbit, Milo.

“You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body and knit me together in my mother’s womb. Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex! Your workmanship is marvelous- how well I know it.” Psalm 139: 13-14

FDN® Explained

Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® Health Coach Disclaimer Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® health coaches do not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any disease or condition. Nothing we share with our clients is intended to substitute for the advice, treatment or diagnosis of a qualified licensed physician. Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® (FDN) Practitioners may not make any medical diagnoses or claim, nor substitute for your personal physician’s care. It is the role of a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition® Practitioner to partner with their clients to provide ongoing support and accountability in an opt-in model of self-care and should be done under the supervision of a licensed physician.

What to expect

We do not offer traditional western approaches that are commonly used by medical doctors. We don’t diagnose or treat specific diseases that we believe ultimately end up managing symptoms most of the time.

We focus on the body in it’s entirety (every cell, tissue, organ and system in the body) believing that the body has innate healing abilities.
